A brief but powerful coaching engagement perfect for the leader-on-the-go. We will partner for immediate impact. The Impact Coaching service provides insights, clarity and wisdom for your challenging topics through focused, intentional partnership.

Weekday sessions: $175/hour
Weekend sessions: $250/hour

SERVICE TWO

Career Development

By choosing this level of coaching engagement you commit to your development in the short, mid and long term. We will delve into deeper topics that are creating  barriers in your career. We will focus on what you need, where you want to go, and who you want to be. For the career professional who seeks a focused partnership to tackle a moderately complex topic that is rising in the short term. 

3 - 6 sessions via video conference online, 1 or 2 sessions a week


Weekday sessions: $120/hour
Weekend sessions: $150/hour

SERVICE THREE

Extended Coaching Partnership

An in-depth, 3 month partnership. Customizable weekly or biweekly coaching sessions.  This extended coaching partnership provides more time to unravel, discuss and make sense of the topics blocking your professional leadership path to success.


Weekday sessions: 3 month commitment @ $85/hour
Weekend sessions: 3 month commitment @ $150/hour

Sample topics we can address:

  1. How do I manage a conversation about being promoted?

  2. How do I manage a conversation regarding my compensation? 

  3. I am experiencing interpersonal conflict with a <insert>. I would like to partner to develop strategies to address the interpersonal challenges. 

  4. I would like support to talk through my career aspirations and perhaps map out a plan and/or identify obstacles perceived and real, that are blocking my success.

  5. I just started a new job, and/or I was recently promoted, I would like to improve my leadership competencies and improve my self-awareness to connect with my colleagues, my boss and/or my direct reports.

  6. I am in career transition, and thinking about developing the strategy for my next role. I would like support regarding my resume and my interviewing skills.

  7. Iā€™m thinking about changing careers to either start my own business or to enter a totally new industry, I would like a thought partner to support my development of an action plan and an approach to achieve my aspirations.

  8. I recently retired and I find myself thinking about new and different ways to contribute. I would like a thought partner to support my exploration in to new life ventures.

  9. I just received my performance appraisal, and I am challenged by some of the feedback that I received. I would like to develop a plan to evolve on the feedback, how to perceive and receive the feedback in an authentic way, and I would like to work on any areas of development and/or strengths.
