Hi, I’m Linda. I’m glad you’re here.
I have worked in a professional environment since I was a teenager, in many diverse industries. Throughout my multifaceted career, I have consistently found myself assuming the unofficial role of a leadership coach. Through my natural ability to connect with others on a genuine level and to help them find meaning in their situations, I found my calling.
I decided to formalize my innate talents and earned a master’s degree in organizational psychology at Columbia University and a certificate in transformational leadership coaching at Georgetown University. I have been coaching leaders successfully for 20 years through the role of Human Resources leader and most recently, decided to launch TARK Leadership as my standalone business space with the intention to unlock the full potential of each and every person that I engage.
I understand the struggle of being passed over at work, being spoken to in unprofessional ways, the promotion I earned was blocked by others. In these instances, I did not have a coach or mentor to provide me a way forward. I needed someone to talk to, to sort out the topics that I was facing and to provide clarity, assurance and action based plans. Now, I am here for you.
