BOOK AN INTRO CALL
We’ll set up a 15 minute initial online meeting for a brief introduction to you and the topic you need support with.

COACHING AGREEMENT
We will agree on a coaching schedule that works for you. I will create a coaching agreement that outlines the expectations of both parties.

WELCOME PACKET
My welcome packet will walk you through the process and includes some questions to think about when preparing for our session so you get the most out of your time.
